My two primary exercise methods are weighted bag swings and light jogging.

Functional training with several exercises: swinging the bag over my head, bicep curls into shoulder press, lat pulls
The one I have is called XN8. Quality is ok. I think the Bulgarian Bag is both better quality and better range of exercises.
Just 10 minutes to and from the gym a few times a week. I’m not sure whether that’s sufficient or if I should in fact jog for longer each time. I have a fast metabolism so extended jogging reduces my muscle mass very quickly.
